1. What this service does
You enter a public YouTube channel handle or URL. Our server asks the YouTube Data API for that channel's public information and the descriptions of its latest public videos, runs an automated check, and shows you the result. We never ask you to sign in, and we never request access to anyone's Google or YouTube account.
2. YouTube API Services
This service uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. We only read public data, we store audit results for no longer than 24 hours, and we do not use YouTube API data for any purpose other than showing you the audit you requested.
3. What we collect and keep
- The channel you audit. The handle or URL you type is sent to our server to run the audit. The resulting audit (video titles, ids, and pass/fail verdicts, derived from public data) is cached for 24 hours so that repeat checks do not use YouTube quota, then it expires automatically.
- A one-way hash of your IP address. Used only for daily rate limits (kept up to 2 days) and for anonymous daily usage counts such as number of visitors and number of audits. We do not store your raw IP address in our counters. Cloudflare, our host, keeps standard request logs for security.
- Your email address, only if you join the waiting list. We store it, with the date, your country, and the optional price you selected, in a private list we operate, and we send ourselves a notification. We use it to email you once when a paid version exists, and for nothing else. We do not sell or share it.
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-RF1BH97Y3T) to count visits and button clicks (audit run, email signup, price interest). It sets analytics cookies and records an approximate region and device type; advertising storage and ad personalization are switched off. You can block it with your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Browser storage. A single flag in your browser session so a page view is counted once in our own counters. We set no advertising cookies.
4. Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare: hosting, caching and the key-value store. Privacy policy

- Telegram: an internal notification to the operator when someone joins the list.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to delete your waiting-list entry at any time by emailing the address above; we will do so promptly. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or Korea's PIPA) you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to our processing, and we honour them for everyone. We do not sell personal information.
6. Children
This service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
7. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
