1. The service

The Disclosure Auditor is a free, read-only tool that checks the public descriptions of a YouTube channel's recent videos for affiliate links and nearby disclosure wording. It does not modify any YouTube channel or video.

2. Not legal advice

The results are automated and informational. They may miss affiliate links, misjudge wording or placement, and cannot see what is said or shown inside a video. A PASS does not mean you comply with the US FTC Endorsement Guides, the rules of any other country, a platform's policies, or any affiliate program's terms. A FAIL is a prompt to look, not a finding of violation. Nothing here is legal advice and no attorney-client relationship is created. Consult a qualified professional about your obligations.

3. YouTube terms

This service uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the tool to harass creators, to overload it with automated requests, to resell or redistribute its output as a service, or to circumvent its limits (a daily cap per visitor and a daily capacity for all visitors). We may block abusive traffic without notice.

5. Availability and limits

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. It depends on YouTube API quota and may be unavailable, limited or discontinued at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KunStudio is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the results.

6. Waiting list

Joining the waiting list or selecting a price records interest only. It is not an order, creates no obligation for either side, and no payment is taken. A paid product may never be released.
